Chelsea Tavares is an American singer and actress who is popular for her prominent roles on the Nickelodeon series Unfabulous as Cranberry, Just Jordan as Autumn Williams, The CW series All American as Patience Roberts, and Nora Harris in the video game The Last of Us Part II.

Before featuring in Unfabulous in 2004 Chelsea starred in the series The District (2001) as Angie Dayton and in The Practice (2003) as Virginia Carter.

Later on, after 3 years she joined the main cast of the Nickelodeon series Just Jordan in the second season. Afterward, she got credits in the film Zeke and Luther as Bonita, and CSI: Miami as Tracy Newsom both in 2010.

In addition, Tavares has also featured as the voice-over of The Lion King: Simba’s Mighty Adventure as Young Nala, Fallout 4 as Glory, and lastly, she voiced the motion capture of The Last of Us Part II.
